Acceptance of the TermsBy registering an account, accessing any services or features on Sailor Bingo (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), and/or making deposits into your account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please leave the Platform immediately.

One-Account-Per-User PolicyYou may not create more than one account on the Platform, except where permitted in writing by Sailor Bingo management or as allowed under special circumstances (e.g., using different personal email addresses for testing purposes). Sharing an account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Identity Verification and KYCWe may request identification from you at any time to verify your age, identity, and compliance with our regulations. Your co-operation in providing such information or documentation will expedite the process but does not oblige us to provide access while verifying the data.
Account Accuracy ObligationsYou are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up-to-date. If we suspect any discrepancies, we reserve the right to suspend service until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Account Security ResponsibilitiesKeep your login credentials confidential. Any breach of security resulting in unauthorized access should be reported immediately. You acknowledge that sharing passwords with others or failing to follow recommended password practices can compromise account integrity and expose yourself or others to potential threats, for which we cannot accept liability under any circumstances.
Login Credentials and Password ProtectionWhen accessing your personal account on the Platform:
Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited ActivitiesAny attempt to manipulate game outcomes, breach our internal rules, engage in external hacking activities, misuse bonuses, use multiple accounts (except as permitted), create fictitious identities, sell credits or real-money account access, operate through a third party without consent, distribute malware/spamware/phishing emails on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Violation of any restrictions will result in permanent closure and/or law enforcement reporting where necessary.
Multi-Accounting and Fraud PreventionIf we reasonably believe you're attempting to register or maintain multiple accounts for personal gain or as part of a manipulation strategy, without explicit consent from Sailor Bingo Management under the context described above (multi-account-per-user exceptions), your account(s) may be suspended and/or deleted at any time. Your compliance with our policy regarding multiple accounts will only prevent closure but does not grant absolute protection.
Bonus and Promotion RulesBonuses can be claimed subject to specific conditions stated in individual bonus terms or promotions which are set by us (and may change). Bonus abuse, such as using automated software for claiming purposes or other deceitful practices aimed at breaching rules of bonus distribution is a serious offense that will result in account suspension.
Wagering and Gameplay ConditionsAll gaming products have unique wagering requirements listed in the game's rules section which are incorporated herein by reference (where applicable). Failure to meet any such conditions could nullify eligibility for bonuses or may lead us to suspend gameplay without refunding the real-money bet placed, as well as forfeiting your right to access future services.
Bonus Abuse PreventionWe employ a sophisticated system of bonus and win tracking that allows our team members (or third parties contracted with security-related tasks) to monitor every action taken in respect of any offer provided on behalf of Sailor Bingo to each registered user at the Platform. Any manipulative strategies discovered through continuous analysis by means we may provide are grounds for permanent closure.
Deposits and WithdrawalsFor your protection, deposits made will be held as an unspendable deposit balance until certain conditions have been met (e.g., minimum gameplay), in order to prevent misuse of funds and possible exploitation by any means including but not limited to unauthorized account takeover using compromised user access.
Verification Before WithdrawalsBefore processing a withdrawal, we reserve the right to verify your identity, bank details, or other relevant data through multiple methods available at our discretion (third party validation services, government agencies, etc.), which may delay payouts temporarily for compliance with regulations on anti-money laundering and secure transactions only.
Processing and Review ProceduresWe handle every transaction on an ongoing basis using software systems capable of verifying player status in real-time as the game proceeds according to specified rules while checking our databases concerning your personal betting limits or total account balance when requesting a withdrawal of funds, at that moment we will also conduct review if there is any possibility that you may have engaged with manipulative strategy before sending back deposited capital.
